The sun had gone down but the night sky was bright as beyond the highway & over the hill, twin rocket blasts shot up into the air hundreds of feet high. It looked like maybe a giant rocket ship had crashed into the ground. It made no noise. Suddenly, a white gaseous flash appeared above the ends of the flames. It quickly dissipated but then another, larger, brighter one appeared & the light from this one seemed to engulf us - everything.

I sold my house & went on vacation. Before I left, however, I got a small apartment in a building in my old neighborhood. I knew the landlady from when I lived there before. On the trip I visited Pete. He had taken to inventing appliance/toys. He had a bright red lawnmower that ws about the size of a scrub brush. It zipped along pretty quick but it only cut about 4-5" Anyway, while visiting there I bought a Delorean. It was cool & fun til it broke & I couldn't get it fixed. I cut the vacation short & went home. Somehow I met up with Joy & we were walking through OTR to my house. She scrambled up a hillside covered with debris. Probably a demolished house. I yelled up at her that I couldn't climb the debris because I had no shoes. (why am I constantly shoeless in my dreams?) Then I remembered the place we were going to wasn't where I lived anymore. I yelled up to Joy, "HEY, I forgot where I lived. I'll just walk from here" I guess she agreed. I was really amazed at hr swiftness & gility. A regular Lara Croft. So I got to my apartment, talked to the landlady & went back to my bedroom to lie down. I noticed that a door was a little askew & when I opened it, realized it opened to the outside. But the latch was broken & now that I had opened it - I couldn't close it. I went and talked to the landlady about it & she said it was ok. I told her it was not. She said she would do something about it & I realized I needed a new apartment & wished I hadn't sold my house & squandered the money on an old sports car. BAH

I was living on a house on a corner, very near the street but a good ways up, maybe 20 feet, from the road. There were people working on the road & they mocked me as I entered my house. on a brighter note, however, I also found myself sitting on a couch in some kind of cafe/bar with a drunk, naked Jennifer Lopez falling into my lap laughing. Mock me all you want road crew.....

I was out on a farm run by (a young) Gregory Peck. There was a search going on for a young girl who was visiting and, eventually, we found her in a clump of trees on a pile of dirt. There were all these partially skinned, partially butchered hogs wandering around. They weren't bleeding & gross - they were almost cartoony. They didn't seem to be in any distress.

I was sitting outside on a hill on the east side of Central Parkway at a computer terminal. It was around where Cincinnati State is but it wasn't there in my dream. In fact I lived on the other side of the trees further up the hill. It was blazing hot in the sun & I wasn't wearing a shirt. I decided to leave after a car wreck occurred & the participants got out of their cars & started fighting. I went down the hill and entered the street southbound on the west side of the street. Dunno how I crossed the road. I rode down the street on my bike. There were metal plates everywhere in the road. Finally I got to Mohawk & McMicken which was totally under construction. All the buildings were being rehabbed, the street was tore up to dirt. There were people everywhere.

Somehow got involved in a kill or be killed game with teams I didn't choose. Weapons were all designed to look like toys. I fought somebody with a toy garden rake. The handle was black, the rake part was bright orange & I think it shot red rays..... The leader of the enemy crew was the guy who played Skinner on the X-Files & a skinhead gang leader in Sons of Anarchy.

I was being plagued by a demon, a handsome woman, who rearranged my furniture, destroyed my furniture & dug up my garden. She tried to seduce me but I kept trying to just ignore her - hoping she would tire of the game & just go away.
