My front yard is flat at the sidewalk & then has a 6-7 foot steep rise. The driveway cuts into the embankment. I was leaving the house, walking down the drive & noticed a van had crashed into the embankment. No diver to be seen. The next morning I did the same thing & smacked myself in the head for forgetting to do anything about the crashed van. A neighbor warned me I would get a ticket if I didn't move the van. I told him it wasn't mine. He told me the longer I let it sit there the more unlikely that claim would be.
